Terms & Conditions

The competition is open worldwide.

1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the competition.

2. Entrants must be over 18 years old or have consent from a guardian over 18.

3. There is no limitation on the number of photos uploaded to Instagram.

4. Photos with brand logos other than DollHearts are not accepted.

5. The competition starts on the first day of each month and closes on the last day of each month. We will announce the winner on 15^th of next month on our website, Facebook page and Instagram page.

6. Winners will be notified through the Instagram account associated. The prize is as stated and no alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable or refundable. We reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner if we do not hear back from the winner one week after our notification,

7. Participants agree to letting us make use of his/her social media page name and photos with our designated hashtag in any of our social media platforms, publicity materials or promotional materials.

8. We shall not be liable for any damage, loss, injury or death arising from the entry of the competition or award of a prize.

9. We reserve the finals rights to decide the winner(s) and amend rules of this competition.

10. This competition is organized by Dollhearts and is not related to or a collaboration with Instagram.

11. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
