1. Do you take international orders?
Yes, we do. We ship worldwide and charge a standard rate for any international shipping & handling fees. Customer is responsible to pay all the local duties and taxes applied, if any, at the time of receiving the items. No refund could be offered from us if the shipment is disposed of by the related authority as customer fails to pay for the duties and taxes.
2. How much is the Postage Fee?
Once you have pressed the check out button in the shopping cart webpage and inputted your personal information and addresses, you can find the amount of the Postage (Shipping) Fee.
3. What are the shipping methods?
We use EMS (express mail service) or SF Express. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number, at the day your order is shipped.
4. How soon will my item be shipped?
Unless notified, all items are usually shipped out at the following 3-5 business days, after the full payment is actually received by us.
5. Can you Label INTERNATIONAL ORDERS with Lower Value?
In order to assure smooth deliveries without any custom problem or delays, we must declare all parcels with their true listed values. Customer would need to settle all local duties and taxes applicable themselves, if any, to receive their ordered items promptly.
6. What is the condition of your items?
All items we sell are new. All of the items are stored in a smoke-free, pet-free and humidity-controlled environment.
7. How do you pack my Orders?
All items are well packaged Plastic Bag, Plastic Container or Carton Box. Also, in order to increase its Collectible Value and help Collectors to keep their items better, all Cloth Set items are individually packaged in its own individual packaging.
8. What form of payment does DollHeart.net accept?
For international orders, we accept online payment via PayPal.com (including Major Credit Cards). You can use your Credit Card directly through PayPal Payment Gateway. For orders from Hong Kong or China, except PayPal, we also accept payment via WeChat Pay and AliPay.
9. Don't Have PayPal Account?
You still be able to use your Credit Card to make Payment via PayPal even you don't have an official PayPal account!
No claims for used items. Defective items are subject to exchange within 14 days upon receipt. Please report the defective case to us with photos and description by email. Returned item must be kept in the ORIGINAL PACKING, UNDAMAGED and UN-USED condition.
Authorization from Dollhearts is a MUST before returning the defective item. We will not bear any shipping cost and responsibility to hold and handle any items returned to us without our prior authorization
